Paper FAQs

FAQ 1: Which surface is the printable side?
With the exception of our double-sided media where both sides are printable, the printable surface will be facing upwards in the box.
To be certain, the coated side will be sticky to the tongue (or wet finger).

FAQ 2: How should i store my Inkjet Paper?
Unless the paper is loaded in the printer about to be used, your paper should ALWAYS be kept in its box with the lid on. It should also be kept indoors in a dry environment away from extreme temperatures. The recommended storage temperatures are 15° to 25° C (60° to 77° F) and / or in the dark, with humidity being low, from 40 to 60 percent.

For a reasonable level of printing, you do not need to select a profile or you can use the same profile as your previous similar surfaced inkjet paper.
